[PHP-users 7564] ext の gd をコンパイルされる時にエラーがでる。

環境

php-4.2.1 で gd を使用しようとコンパイルをしたのですが ext にある gd の
コンパイル中にエラーが起こってしまいうまくコンパイルできません。
ログを見ていると、GIF format に関係していそうなメッセージが表示しています。
configure 時のパラメタが何か足りないのでしょうか。
使用しようとしているフォーマットは png , jpeg で考えています。



configure の設定
