[PHP-users 7540] Aタグで変数が設定されない

吉塚と申します。
いつもお世話になっております。
カレンダーを作って現在の月（今なら5月）を表示し（test.php→test.ihtml）、
前月と次月に飛ぶ　Aタグ　をつけました。
ところが　test.ihtml　の10行目と12行目の変数代入部分で、
cal_monthおよびcal_yearに値が代入されません。
Aタグのところにカーソルを持っていくと、ブラウザの下に以下のように表示されま
す。

http://localhost/~hoge/test2.php?direction=prev&cal_month=$cal_month&cal_yea
r=$cal_year
文字列がそのまま代入されています。
その直前の7,8行目のチェックプリント分では、ブラウザにはちゃんと以下のように
表示されてるので、
test.phpから変数はわたっているようです。
	ihtml cal_month = 5
	ihtml cal_year = 2002 
書き方がおかしいのでしょうか？
